Lemon, Cucumber, and Mint Water

Need to drink more water? Water doesn't have the "zing" you are looking for?

Add some lemon, cucumber, and mint to create a refreshing drink while enjoying the benefits!

Lemon: helps cleanse and alkalize the body. It also aides in digestion and boots your immune system
Mint: this will add a touch a sweetness and can help settle your stomach and aid in digestion
Cucumber: great for re-hydration and contains anti-inflammatory properties

All you need is a pitcher, 1-2 lemons thinly sliced, half a cucumber sliced, and 10 fresh mint leaves. Add all the ingredients to water in your pitcher and let steep overnight in your fridge.
